Father or Father/Mother – God
Thy Love or Your Love – God's Divine Love (also called the Love or Thy/Your Great Love).
love – the natural love
bestowed – given
Mercy – the attribute of God that when prayed for comes into the soul and removes the cause of disharmony/sin and results in increased peace through a relief of distress.
Divine Love – the greatest love and the greatest attribute of God available to the soul of humans and spirits. When this Love enters a soul over a prolonged period, It transforms the soul from the image of God into the divine essence of God. This transformation leads to the soul becoming at-one with God and an inhabitant of the Celestial Heavens, a divine angel. (More about God's Divine Love.)

Holy Spirit – the active energy of the Great Soul of God that brings the Divine Love into the souls of humans and spirits in response their sincere prayers to God for It’s inflowing. (More)
faith – the soul knowing. (Distinct from a belief of the mind.)
bestower – giver
mortal – without the transformation that comes with the Divine Love. (Without the Divine Love the soul’s growth and happiness are limited to the perfect state of natural love that it was created with/in.)
immortal – transformed by the Divine Love, at-one with God, and able to continuously grow in the Love, light and happiness of God beyond the limits of perfection. (The definitions of mortal vs. immortal may not sound very different but the Celestial angels say that there is a huge difference between souls that find harmony with the natural love and ones that are transformed by the Divine Love. Souls that seek to grow in Divine Love grow much brighter and grow into harmonious states-of-being much faster then souls that seek to grow with the natural love alone.) (More at www.truths.com)
shadow (or light in the modernized version) – shelter and grace
temptations of the flesh – material desires or distractions that keep us from growing spiritually
evil ones or lower ones – spirits living in the lower spiritual spheres. They try very hard to prevent humans and other spirits from growing spiritually through their natural love or the reception of the Divine Love. (These spirits are not damned by God. Their disharmony and sad state is a direct result of their free wills choosing to act out of harmony with God’s spiritual and divine laws of the universe (sinning) over a prolonged period.) (The law of compensation goes into effect when a spirit or human acts out of out of harmony with God’s laws of the universe. Meaning these disharmonious acts result in reactions of disharmony. These actions darken the soul and cause the human or spirit to sink into states-of-being that are more hellish and further from God. If continued over time these actions will cause a soul to find itself in a very hellish state on earth or in very low sphere in the Hells of the spirit world. Again, these humans and spirits can progress out of these hells by seeking Love, Light, and Mercy of God…. Seeking the Divine Love will cause them to come out of this state much faster than trying to do it without this Divine Love of God.)
endeavor – strive, attempt
possibility of receiving It – This Love has not always been available and It (the Divine Love) may be withdrawn again. This is why the angels want souls to seek the Love and tell others, now -- while it is still available.
help - assistance – When we earnestly ask God for help, our prayers are answered: God sends His/Her Love and angels to meet our needs in harmony with His/Her Laws of Love. (This help is always available, but it is never forced upon us because God and the angels will not interfere with our free wills. It is up to us to ask for help. Saying or writing down what we want and frequently asking for help is a good way to make our wills known. This way God and the angels know what we want help with.)
